Ageing in barrels:
Only the Malbec is aged in oak barrels for 14 months.

Tasting Notes:
Luigi Bosca Gala 1 is an elegant blend in which the Malbec contributes notes of red fruit like cherries, morello cherries and plums, that are combined with those of other varietals that add spiced and violet hints.  Round, smooth and lasting mouthfeel reminiscent of red fruit and vanilla contributed by ageing in oak casks.  Additionally, ageing in first use barrels lend great volume and elegance to this wine.

Recommended wine serving temperature:
Between 16°C to 18°C.

Recommended pairings:
A perfect match for lamb preparations, stuffed pasta with rich-flavoured sauces and semi-hard cheese.
